Contracts for Effective Collaboration
Jon talked at the Joint RICS / APM Project Leadership conference on 28th March 2017 in London. .
Jon's presentation was officially titled 'Tools for Achieving Effective Collaboration' but Jon talked about 'Contracts for Achieving Effective Collaboration'. This includes :
- comparing JCT with the NEC forms;
- single versus two stage tendering; and
- a selection of contract strategies which can be used to promote collaboration between the Parties.
